High Holy Days 2011/5772 Honor & Usher Volunteer Form

Use this form if you would like to be honored at our High Holy Day services. Any Jewish family member (13 and over) can participate in one or more services. We will contact you to work out the details.

Note: The only honors available for the Upper Primary services are carrying the Torah and opening/closing the ark.
