Congregation B'nai Shalom: High Holidays 2011/5772

Congregation B'nai Shalom has a long history of welcoming non-members to our services year-round and during the High Holy Days.

Seating cards are required for the first morning of Rosh Hashanah, Kol Nidre, and Yom Kippur morning. For these three services you may request seating cards. There is a charge for the seating cards (with the exceptions noted below). The fees distinguish between local and non-local guests because we want to encourage residents of our local communities to become members of our congregation.

Separate pricing for Rosh Hashanah or Yom Kippur is not available.

Complete the form with your information and submit it. If payment is required, your information will appear on a page you will need to print out and send in with a check. If no payment is required, your information will be automatically submitted to the office for processing. Please read the category descriptions and suggested donation amounts in the High Holy Day Supplement.

Remember, seating cards will be automatically mailed to all adult members in good standing. Children (up through grade 12) do not need seating cards. There is no need to submit this form for these seating cards.
