Give the Gift of Life on Mother's Day

What better way to honor the one who gave you life, than to give the gift of life to others?

Congregation B'nai Shalom's next blood drive is on Mother's Day, Sunday May 11,  8:30 am -1:30 pm. The drive is being held in cooperation with the Worcester Area American Red Cross.

Again, we're holding this event during school hours in order to make giving blood easy and convenient for parents dropping off or picking up their children. However, it is open to the general public, and we encourage all congregants and their families and friends to participate.

Anyone who is 17 or older, in good health, weighing 110 pounds or more, and has not given blood in the past 56 days may donate. A positive ID is required.

All donors will receive a coupon for a Free Individual Deep Dish Pizza courtesy of Uno Chicago Grill. Donors will also be entered into a drawing to win Red Sox tickets!

Please make an appointment for this!  Although walk-ins are welcome, donors are strongly encouraged to make an appointment by calling 1-800-GIVE-LIFE (1-800-448-3543). Having an appointment will greatly speed up the process for you and other donors.

CBS's semi-annual blood drives have been enormously successful.  Let's make this one the most successful yet.
