Choir Members Wanted!  Rehearsals Start August 28

Get singing! Fill your soul with music and joy! Join the B'nai Shalom Choir!

Our choir is truly one of the shining lights of Congregation B'nai Shalom. Every year, we prepare gorgeous, spiritual music for the High Holy Days, and have an enormous amount of fun doing it. Our music runs the gamut from folky to expressive, from the infectious rhythms of Debbie Friedman and Dan Nichols to the intricate harmonies of Danny Maseng and Yehezkel Braun.

The B'nai Shalom Choir is directed by Rabbi Milder and Cantorial Soloist Lisa Marcus Jones. Participants receive sheet music, and a practice cd of each part sung separately, as well as all parts sung together.  Adults and high school-age students are invited to participate.

Rehearsals will be held every Thursday from 7:30 – 9:00 pm, and every Sunday from 7:00 – 9:00 pm, beginning August 28. We will sing at the morning services on Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.
