Jewish Meditation

Join us as Mitch Gordon guides us through seated and moving meditation using Jewish practice, ritual and writings as the focus for discussion and thought. Jewish Meditation, as practiced at Congregation B'nai Shalom, is designed to be accessible to everyone. No meditation experience is necessary. You do not need to commit to attending every session, however the more consistent you practice the more you will discover the benefits of meditation. Wear comfortable clothes.

Jewish Meditation at Congregation B'nai Shalom will resume after the High Holy Days. Keep visiting this page for details, or watch the bulletin and listserve. There will be a special meditation and reflection time on Yom Kippur in the sanctuary at 2pm. All are invited. Updates to the schedule, articles and ongoing discussions of Jewish Meditation can be followed regularly on Mitch's Jewish Meditation Blog: http://oneasnone.blogspot.com.

All are welcome. To register for the class please email , call 508.366.7191 ext 200, or email directly.
