Tempering Judgment. Every year at the High Holy Days, we appeal to a Higher Force to judge us with compassion. On Yom Kippur afternoon, the story of Jonah shows us how easily we fall into a place of judgement of others. Can we really expect that which we aren’t willing to give? Join Rabbi Gurevitz as we engage with study and discussion on the theme of ‘judging favorably’, inspired by the cartoon work of artist Hanan Harchol.
