Event and Publicity Request Form

To make scheduling your events more efficient and avoid conflicts, please follow this general timetable:

As soon as possible, send an email to officestaff@cbnaishalom.org with proposed dates and locations for your event. We will get back to you in a day or two. You can also ask for a list of emails for people you are targeting for your event.
  • Once you have calendar clearance for your event, please complete the form below:
  • We will put your event (including signup if any) on the CBS calendar on the website.
  • If you want your event included in the weekly email blast, send information to weekly@cbnaishalom.org. The email goes out on Wednesdays so please send it by Tuesday afternoon for inclusion in that week's email. Please note that generally event publicity begins four weeks prior to the event.
e.g., Religious School, Congregational Event, Connection Group name, etc.

A short paragraph including name of event, date time, and a couple of sentences promoting the event to be used on the event calendar page.

e.g.   Classroom, Outdoors, Sanctuary, etc.
Note: If there are any specific room setup details , please get them to the office one week in advance.
Choose as many as apply.
e.g. Projecting slides only, projecting video with sound, etc.
NOTE: if projecting from a laptop, you must provide a device with an HDMI port or HDMI adapter which must be tested for compatibility prior to the event.

Please allow a minimum of 3 business days for the form and event post to be built.

Note - answering yes means you will get every submission about the event individually. It is suggested that you opt for online access so youi can check the signups and view / download the list of attendees.

Please name one person (could be you) who you would like to have access to the submission data. Include their email address.

Name, phone, and email will be included by default

e.g. Adult charge and child charges, member and non member charge, etc.
What is the anticipated charge, and what does it go towards? Are you bringing in food, or is it 'potluck'? Do you have budget available or is the event planned to be self-funded?
