We are now sending statements electronically in order to save postage, as well as to try to be as 'green' as possible. If you would prefer to receive your statements by paper as well, please check the box below. In addition, if you would like to change the way the Temple Bulletin is delivered to you, please indicate that as well.
We will switch your statement preference to paper mail. We may continue to send some statements to you via email, but we will also send a copy by paper.
